Utah Snowfall Means Time for Snowman Building

A wintry mix fell across the Salt Lake City area on Friday, November 17. Nearly one inch of rain had fallen on the city, which set a record for that day, the National Weather Service said.

Higher elevations saw more snow than lower elevations, but there was snow mixed with the precipitation in the city’s metro area.
