An unruly passenger caused a Southwest Airlines plane heading from Los Angeles to Houston to make an emergency landing in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Sunday, June 25.

These videos, from Kristy Gillentine, show the passenger, a woman, being removed from the Flight 4519 plane, and the flight attendant updating passengers on the situation. Another video shows the woman walking backward and acting erratically before the plane was boarded.

Gillentine wrote in the comments of her videos the woman was trying to open an emergency exit door when an off-duty police officer stopped her.

Gillentine tweeted at Southwest Airlines about the incident, garnering this response: “Hi Kristy. We assure you Safety is our top priority in this situation. Our Agents and Crew are there for you, and we’re working to get everyone back in the air and on their way soon. We appreciate your patience.”
